With heavy hearts the family announces the death of Nicole Brazeau at the age of 64 years. Nicole passed away suddenly at Temiskaming Hospital, Friday, March 18, 2022.
Nicole was born August 6, 1957 to the late René Lacroix and the late Aline Duhamel. Nicole had worked as a receptionist at Centre de Santé Communautaire in New Liskeard until her retirement. Nicole is remembered for her compassion towards others, her wonderful sense of humour and her generosity. She loved her family and they were her priority. Nicole also enjoyed music, especially the old time rock and roll! She will be sadly missed by all whose lives she touched.
Predeceased by her parents and her brother Gilbert Lacroix. Left to mourn is her loving husband Roger Brazeau whom she married 41 years ago May 15, 1981. Sadly missed by her sons: Alexandre [Louise] Brazeau of Ottawa and Dominik Brazeau of New Liskeard. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren: Isabelle, Caroline, Christian and Aiden.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation took place at Lakeview Crematorium – Haileybury. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Buffam Leveille Funeral Home – Haileybury. Memorial contributions to the Rotary Splash Pad [cheques payable to the City of Temiskaming Shores c/o Rotary Club of Temiskaming Shores and Area, PO Box 161, Haileybury, ON P0J1K0] will be gratefully acknowledged.
