Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Nick in Toronto on December 9, 2022, at the age of 83. Born in Pescolanciano, Italy, he immigrated to Canada with his family as a young man, where he met and fell in love with the girl next door, Maria, his dear wife of 58 years.
Nick was a passionate, vital man, with a soft heart, great sense of humour and a beautiful mind. He worked tirelessly every single day of his life to provide for his wife, daughters, Laura and Nadia, son-in-law, Matthew and grandchildren Racquel, Matteo and Laurina. The depth of his love and commitment, and the kindness, compassion and generosity he showed to us and so many others, will never be forgotten. He was the ground beneath our feet, and we are shaken to the core by his loss, but he will live forever in our hearts and minds. May he rest in peace with God in heaven, until we meet again.
