Nemeth Julia December 30th 2021

Nemeth, Julia
December 30th, 2021
January 7, 1951 – December 30, 2021
It is with deep sadness that the death of Julia is being announced. Julia died peacefully on Thursday, December 30, 2021, surrounded by family.
Loving partner to Tom Adamson for 28 years. Julia is survived by her brother and sister in Yugoslavia along with her sons, Tommy and Gary (Sandra). A proud “Nagymama” to her seven grandchildren: Alex, Spencer, Nathan, Brooklynn, Tayler, Mackenzie, and Chloe. Julia is also survived by her adopted “Canadian family” who were very much treasured and supportive during her lifetime; her “Canadian sisters”, Marilyn and “Aunt” Carol, along with “Uncle” Gary and their families.
Julia left Yugoslavia at the age of 18 and eventually settled in London, raising her two young sons with much strength, courage and passion for life. A steadfast confidante and encouraging “cheerleader”, Julia was ever present at the boys’ milestone events throughout life.
A former employee and McCormick’s retiree, the workplace was where she met her partner, Tom. Together, they spent many years appreciating life by taking 28 different trips throughout North America and the world, cooking and travelling with the grandchildren, and spending peaceful weekends at their trailer by the river, enjoying nature as well as the company of each other.
Tributes can be made by sharing stories and photos on Julia’s Facebook page. A celebration of life is being planned.
