Neil Archie MacMillan, 79 of Judique passed away suddenly on Saturday January 22, 2022 at Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital. Born in Judique, he was a son of the late Alex Dan and Mary Margaret (Gillis) MacMillan.
Neil worked as a labourer through the Union across the country. Neil had a passion for harness racing; which he did one time himself. He liked going for early morning drives for his coffee. Most of all, he loved spending time on the phone with all of his Buddies and having them there playing cards.
He will be deeply missed by his sisters, Sarah MacEachern and Mary Ann (Barry) MacMillan, both of Port Hawkesbury; sister-in-law, Mary MacMillan of Judique; as well as many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers, Dan Alex, Allen Joseph, Hughie John, James, Donald Archie and Donald Angus; sister, Mary Flora, and Christine and Annie (in infancy).
Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation; Funeral at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
