Obituary
Naudia Seefried beloved wife of Fred Seefried of Medicine Hat, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the age of 78 years after a courageous battle with cancer. She also leaves to cherish her memory three children, Debra (Bob) Ridley, Dale (Vicki) Seefried and Roxane (Jim) Gechter; nine grandchildren and one brother Dick (Dolores) Edwards. Naudia was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Vavah Edwards, one daughter Veree Monaghan, one sister Janice Edwards and one brother Ron Edwards. Naudia was born on September 14, 1944 in Medicine Hat where she was raised. On November 26, 1960, she married Fred Seefried, the love of her life. They were married for 61 years. Naudia had a great sense of humour enjoyed by many. She loved camping and was an avid Medicine Hat Tiger’s Fan. Fred and Naudia were billets for the Tiger’s for many years nurturing many relationships with the players. She was also a lifetime member of the “Women of the Moose”. The graveside funeral service will be held at Hillside Cemetery on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Life Celebrant David Townsend officiating.
