Loving wife of the late Terence Sullivan (2011)
Loving mother of Fiona Sullivan, Kimberly Smith and her husband Mike and Catherine Williams (late Brian).
Grandmother of Sarah, John, Paul and William and Predeceased by her grandson David.
Great grandmother of Lynken.
Predeceased by her brother John and her sister Valerie.

I had the privilege to work with Nancy for many years at Sunnybrook Hospital, and to be her friend. She was a beautiful person of a great charm, courage and wit. I’ll miss her very much.
