Nancy’s Obituary
McLelan, Nancy Ann – 83, Pugwash and formerly of Oxford, passed away April 8, 2022 in East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash. Born in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Sadie (Stevens) Fullerton. Nancy was a substitute teacher for many years. She enjoyed traveling the world with her husband, Tom. Nancy was a dedicated member of Beta Sigma Phi, Amherst. She was a longtime member of the local health board and housing authority. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn McLelan (Will Clarke), Eastern Passage; son, Steven McLelan (Kelly Milner), Oxford; grandchildren, Stephanie (Tom) Arsenault, Halifax; Jordan McLelan, Amherst; Dexter Van Dam (Lyndsay), Halifax; great-granddaughter, Makenna. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas McLelan. Arrangements are in the care of MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Oxford. A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
