Nancy Lorene Messer Cole – age 77 of Mascot was an angel who went to her heavenly home on Thursday, February 24, 2022, to be with mother, Polly Messer; father, Ralph Messer; and son, Ralph Edward Cole. Member of Green Acres Baptist Church. Loving family left behind to cherish her memory include husband, Ronnie Lee Cole; son, Scott Lee (Tracy) Cole; daughter-in-law, Ella Cole; grandchildren, Kevin Cole, Eric Cole, Justin Lundy, Jeremy Cole, Rachel Coffey, and Meggan Cole; eight great grandchildren; brother, Bruce Messer; sisters, Loretta Ayers, and Jennie Allen; special friend, Jordan Hurst; and many other friends and “brothers and sisters” at SCAN with the Knox Co. Sheriff Dept.
The family will receive friends 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 4:00 PM with Rev. Leonard Goin and Rev. Tim Muncey officiating. Family and friends will meet 1:15 PM on Monday at Bridges Funeral Home and go in procession to Roseberry Cemetery for a 2:00 PM interment.
