1955 – 2022
Nancy Diane Hodge (formerly Cwik) born January 24, 1955, passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital on July 27, 2022, after a courageous battle with lymphoma. She leaves behind her daughter Julie, son Brent, and their spouses Adrian and Rachel. She was predeceased by her parents Adam and Patricia. She is survived by her brother Jeff, sister Sheila, and Sheila’s family of Bob (Husband), Graeme (Nephew), and Ali (Niece).
Nancy was raised in London, Ontario, and was a graduate of the Nursing Diploma program at Fanshawe College in 1975. She had a lengthy career in nursing, across many areas, retiring only recently.
In a final letter to her children, Nancy writes, “today and for forever Brent and Julie will always be the biggest joy in my life and whom I pray for everyday. May GOD keep and protect them forever!” Nancy was a loving mother and lifelong caregiver. She will be missed.
Family and friends are welcome to St. Peter’s Cemetery, 806 Victoria Street, London, Ontario for a graveside service on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in memory of Nancy to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
