Nancy Richardson Bajurny (nee Smith), of Walkerton, passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of Gary. Loving mother of Chris (Penny) of Listowel, Andrea (Brian) Dyal of San Diego, CA, David (Tara Macri) of Toronto and Michael of Howe Island. Cherished grandmother of Chloe, Ashley and Brooklyn. Dear sister-in-law of D’Arcy Murphy of Ottawa. Nancy will be remembered by her niece Jennifer Murphy-Zaremba and nephews Michael Murphy and Trevor Smith.
Nancy was predeceased by her brother Brian Cameron Smith; sisters Norah Judith (Murphy), Helen Smith (in infancy), and parents Arthur Henry Smith and Helen Craig Smith (nee Bryson).
Nancy is fondly remembered by all who met her, and well regarded in the community for her volunteer contributions.
Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at Cameron’s in Walkerton.
Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Calvary cemetery, Walkerton.
A funeral reception will follow at the Walkerton Knights of Columbus Hall (between Walkerton and Mildmay).
