Obituary of Muriel Andersen
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Muriel Andersen announce her passing on September 19th, 2022 at the Labrador Health Centre, Long Term Care at the age of 105. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memoires are children; Annie Evans, Iris (Basil) O’Leary, Wally (Marie) Andersen and Tony Andersen. As well as 21 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren and 28 great great grandchildren whom she dearly loved. Predeceased by her husband John Edgar Andersen; children Ruth Flowers and Eric Andersen; sister Mary Clarke.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday September 23rd, 2022 at the Moravian Church, Makkovik with Elizabeth Evans Mitchell officiating. With interment to follow at the Moravian Cemetery.
A special thanks to Reverend Nellie for her visits and to the staff of the Long Term Care Facility for providing 17 years of great care to mom.
