Michaelis, Muriel Pearl – passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, with family by her side, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, December 4, 2022 in her 96th year.
Muriel Michaelis (nee Budarick) of Pembroke, dearly loved wife of the late Alvin Michaelis. Dear mother of Betty Ann Charbonneau, Ottawa; Robert “Bob” Michaelis, Beachburg; and William “Bill” Michaelis (Kelly Roach), Pembroke. Gramma to Katrina Charbonneau & John “J.J.” Charbonneau (Jean) and Jordan Silkie. Survived by many great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Arthur and Pearl Budarick (nee Mantifel). Sister of Inez Spence (late Jim) and Kenneth Budarick (Beverly). Predeceased by siblings Mildred Kuehl (late Reuben), Emmerson Budarick and Rosemary Brown (late Dennis). Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, December 8, 2022 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00-10:45 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Interment in Rosenthal Wesleyan Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
