It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Moses Crane on May 19, 2022, at the Glace Bay General Hospital.
Born in Sydney on February 23, 1929, he was the son of the late Rose Morrison.
Moses was a member of the United Protestant Church of Sydney River. He enjoyed his time with friends at Club 55, the Steel Workers Pensioners Club and Sydney Bowling League.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah (Grant) MacDonald, Karen Crane (Marco Gallelli); son, Terry (Deena) Crane; grandchildren, Selena MacDonald, Alana MacDonald (Justin Hiscock), Kaydin Crane-Hermsen (Brahm Hermsen) and Conner Crane; and great-grandchild, Roland Hiscock.
Besides his parents, Moses was predeceased by his wife, Norma (Horton).
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Sydney Memorial Chapel. Services will take place at a later date.
Memorials in his memory may be made to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
