It is with incredible profound sadness that we have to announce that our sweet dad and Grandfather David Morris passed away peacefully in the early morning of February 21, 2022. Dad was predeceased by our mother Gerrie (December 21, 2019). He was the most dedicated husband and a steadfast father who was always present and a solid support to each and every one of us throughout our lives. Dad was an insurance broker his entire life and owned and operated Winters and Morris Inc. along with the Saunderson Agency. He was hardworking and diligent in insuring that all of his clients were protected always. Dad had a massive love for his dogs, Sunny and Franklin, which showed his dedication and selfless love for those who he held close to his heart. He had many close friends over his lifetime and shared many hours at the arena playing old timers hockey and enjoying every minute he had on the golf course with his golf friends. You will be so missed dad but finally, finally, you can have that glass of wine with mom that you have so been longing for. Give mom a big hug from us❤️❤️
David was the father of Lisa Gleeson (Jack), Terry Morris (Ian) and Katie Morris (Mark), grandfather of Erin, Katie, David, Ashley, Christopher, Abbie, Ava and Grace. Brother of the late Derek Morris and bother-in-law of Lois.
