Funeral arrangements for the late Monique E. DeMerchant of Nackawic,
NB, who passed away on January 25, 2022:
Mass of Christian burial will be held at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic
Church, 199 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 1
pm. Celebrant Father Martin Arputham. Interment will be later at
Larlee Creek Cemetery.
Monique is survived by her daughter Helen DeMerchant and husband
Martin McQuillan of Nackawic, NB; her son Norman DeMerchant and wife
Amy (Sullivan) of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren Andrew, Brianna,
Olivia, Ryan, Clover and great grandson Evan; her brothers Alphonse
(Irma) and Camilien both of St-Jacques; sisters Rejeanne Daigle,
Celine Neveu, Leone LeClair of St-Jacques and Odelie (Pierre) of
Gatineau, QC; her sisters-in-law Lou Grondin, St-Jacques and Janice
Crawford, Royalton; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Bertha (St-Onge)
Grondin; her husband Jerome DeMerchant in March of 2001; two brothers,
Emile and his wife Jacqueline and Georges; one sisters-in-law Madeline
(nee Arnold) DeMerchant; her brothers-in-law Livio Daigle, Zephir
Neveu, Paul LeClair, Norman L. DeMerchant, Reid DeMerchant and David
Crawford.

Larlee Creek Cemetery @ Treasurer 20 Russett St., Perth-Andover, NB
E7H 4T2 or Gee Flat Cemetery @ Treasurer, 155 Curtis Road,
Florenceville-Bristol, NB E7L 7H4.
