Misty Newcomb King, age 48 of Knoxville, passed away Friday, June 3, 2022. She was the director of operations for Hodges and Pratt Company. Misty loved her children, the outdoors and hikes.
Preceded in death by father, Leonard Earl Newcomb.
Survived by husband, Michael King; son, Justyn Powers; daughters, Madison Reiter, and Ashley Powers; grandson, Sebastian Weaver; mother, Julianne Montgomery; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Misty was a wonderful friend, a loving mother and devoted wife who loved the outdoors and her family. She will be missed tremendously.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Bridges Funeral Home, followed by services at 7:00 PM with Rev. Tony Hayes officiating. Arrangements by Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999. www.bridgesfuneralhome.com.
