Minnie’s Obituary
Minnie Jones Noseworthy
Passed away on April 4, 2022 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL at the age of 88 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Mary Jones; first husband, Jim Sargent; second husband, Henry Shearing; son, Roy Sargent; granddaughter, Angelaina Shearing; siblings, brothers, Bramwell Jones, Eugene Lush; sisters, Lillian Howell, Joyce Clancey, Evelyn Dorman, and Bernice Foster;
Left to mourn her passing with fond and loving memories are her husband, William Noseworthy; her children, Marie (Terry) Fancey, Louise (Donald)Fudge, John (Verna), Gorden (Denise), Todd, Eugene (Connie), Stephen (Tina), Melvin (Jackie); 20 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; and a large circle of family and friends.
Public Visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Masks will be required upon entry.
The funeral service will take place at the Salvation Army Church, Lewisporte, NL on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 2PM. The interment will follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the family would be gratefully accepted.
