On the morning of Monday, May 2, 2022, Milburn was welcomed into his heavenly home at the age of 90. Milburn was the cherished son of the late Ida Wall and Herbert Hobbs. Loving husband of Roberta (Rooney) for 68 years. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Harold, Herbert, Sydney, Minard, Kenny, Armorella and Beulah. He will be sadly missed by his brother Versil. Milburn is the proud father of Laurie (Patricia White), Bentley (Debbie Workman) and Glenda (Scott Russett). Special grandfather of Amy (Sean Haddad), Anthony (Meagan Derouin), Erica (MarK Brisebois), Cory, Kyle Buxton (Dana Goodfellow), Andrea (Curtis Young),
Jarvis (Jenna Perkins), Janessa (Marc Thurler) and Janelle. Great grandfather to Oliver and Clay Hobbs, Blair, Letty and Harper Brisebois, Quinn and Kendall Young and Houston Buxton.
Milburn’s passions were his faith, and his family. He was best known for his love of fishing and deer hunting, his famous garage sales, sense of humour and quick wit.
A special thank you to Dr. Smith and the palliative care staff for the compassionate care that Milburn received.
