Obituary
Michel Camille Ingelbeen
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our father Michel Camille (Mike) Ingelbeen on April 5, 2022 at the age of 100 years.
Dad was born in Ste. Rose du Lac in 1921 where he remained farming until he retired in 1997. He and Mom then moved to town. Dad is survived by our mother, his loving wife and constant companion of 67 years, Sabine Ingelbeen (Verhelst), his children Marc, Luc (Kathy), Ann and Lea (Grant), his grandchildren Kristina, Elyse, Keonna, Mason, Landon and Delaney as well numerous extended family members.
Dad loved his family and friends, notably neighbors Paulette and Abe who were always available to visit and to help in any way needed. Dad loved farming, nature and his devoted dogs, Skipper and Lobo. He will forever be remembered for his kind, gentle demeanor and incredible sense of humor. He is greatly missed.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Ste. Rose de Lima Roman Catholic Church, Ste. Rose du Lac. Fr. Leo Fernandes will celebrate the mass. Interment in the Ste. Rose Cemetery
Should friends so desire, the family would appreciate that donations in Michel’s memory be made to Ste. Rose de Lima Parish, Box 309, Ste Rose du Lac, MB, R0L 1S0
