Michael Luedee 19562022

Michael Luedee
1956-2022
Luedee, Michael
Daniel
Passed away peacefully at St.
Joseph’s Health Centre in Guelph, on Wednesday, February 2,
2022 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Kimberley Luedee (nee
Robertson) and father to Joseph (Scott),
Jared (Scott) and Rachel. Michael was a proud
“Poppy” to Jacob, Isla and Mavis. Predeceased by his
parents William and Hilda (nee Bourgeois). He will be loved and
remembered forever by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins
and dear friends.
Michael was the kind of man
who befriended every soul he ever met. Filled with stories of his life
and home in Newfoundland, he brought the culture and love of the
island with him to Ontario. He was a blue collar, hard-working man who
leant a skilled hand to every project he could with kids and friends
in tow, never turning away his help in exchange for a cold brew and a
good laugh. While he traveled the world with his loving wife and best
friend, Kim, Michael’s heart was always tied to home. You
couldn’t be in a room with this man and not feel the warmth
in his voice and love for his family. Michael may not be physically
present today, but he lives on in the stories his family will tell for
decades after he is gone. Wherever you are today, reading this notice,
raise a glass and toast in Michael’s honour. Tell a story.
Share a laugh. Help a friend. Cremation is taking place.
