It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Raymond Arthur Lalonde on Friday, February 4th, 2022 at the Cornwall Community Hospital at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband for 43 years of Darlene Lalonde (née Muir) of Cornwall. Loving father of Victor Lalonde (Miriam), Thomas Lalonde (Melissa) and Amanda Mitchell (Tyson) all of Cornwall. Cherished grandfather of Seth, Tameka, Sarina, Michael, Carter, Isaac and Meira. Dear brother of James Lalonde (Penny) Daniel Lalonde (Sandra) both of Cornwall and Timmy Lalonde of Alexandria. He is predeceased by his parents; Thomas Lalonde and Theresa Lalonde (née Lalonde) and by his brothers; Richard Lalonde, Robert Lalonde and Bruce Lalonde. Michael will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Attendance controlled visitation will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St. Cornwall, ON (613-938-3888) on Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Due to capacity restrictions, we encourage guests to reserve a time at www.wilsonfuneralhome.ca or phone 613-938-3888 to attend the visitation. Masks and physical distancing are required at all gatherings. A private funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 10th, 2022. Spring Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery.
