Michael James Smith of Lower Coverdale, NB passed away

Warm, friendly and with a great enthusiasm for life, Michael

his funny stories, always the life of the party. Big-hearted and kind,
he was known for his generous nature, always eager to help others. He
also loved to sing and play his guitar, had written several songs and
was an excellent dancer.
Michael was an outstanding horseman, and he passed his great
love of horses on to his niece, Carla. He cattle penned in years past
(Southern New Brunswick Cattle Penning Club), was enormously proud of
his 1999 all-around winning buckle (with team members Paul Reynolds
(decd) and Larry Matchett [decd]), and was usually in the money with
any number of gymkhana sports, and woodsmen’s
competitions.
He was a member of the Lower Coverdale Baptist
Church.

Coverdale, and Aaron (Kendra) of Saskatoon, SK; grandchildren Brettly,
Mackenzie, Myla and Jaslynn; his mother, Kathleen Smith, brothers
