Obituary
We are saddened to announce the passing of Michael Dubowik on January 10, 2022, in Calgary.
Beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Mike was born in Belarus in 1938 and emigrated to Canada in 1955. For his entire life, Mike was a gifted carpenter. He loved woodworking, fishing at Lake McGregor, listening to international short-wave radio, and was an avid Habs fan.
Mike will be remembered for his sense of humour, his easygoing nature, and the love he had for his family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the extraordinary care given to Mike by the Maple Unit at Cedars Villa.
There will be no funeral service. Instead, you are invited to raise a glass of Lethbridge Pilsner and think of Mike. He will be forever missed.
