It is with great sadness that the family of Melvin Abbott age 70, announces his passing after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, September 22,2022 at Golden Heights Manor in Bonavista.
Melvin was born in May 25,1952 in Bonavista.
He was predeceased by his parents Eli and Eva Abbott, along with his siblings Phyllis and Gord, brother-in-law Bruce and Wallace and niece Sharon.
Left to mourn are sons Daniel (Jessica), Charles (Lisa) and Matthieu (Lee-Anna) along with grandchildren Addy, Logan, Isabelle, Scarlet, Everley and Nathan.
Along with siblings Jean, Sandra (Levi) , Eric (Rosalind), and Keith (Maureen) and many family and friends.

7:00pm-9:00 pm
