MCKIBBIN Garry Walter June 13 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Garry W. McKibbin, 74, announces that he has died unexpectedly on June 13, 2022 at Grey Nuns Hospital. He was born May 16, 1948 in Nipawin Saskatchewan, the son of Walter G. and Edith Alice (Thompson) McKibbin.
Garry was raised in White Fox, Saskatchewan and was married to Donna Nore in 1969. Garry and Donna settled the new family in Alberta as he began what would become a lifelong career in road construction. Garry and Donna had three children, 8 grandchildren and they were approaching their 53rd wedding anniversary.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Donald. Surviving in addition to his wife Donna (Nore) McKibbin, are his daughter Jacquelin (McKibbin) Johnson and her husband Ray of Calmar; daughter Kimberly (McKibbin) Hamula of Calmar; son Kurtis McKibbin and his wife April of Leduc County; eight grandchildren, Alysha McKibbin, Chase McKibbin, Sharaya Johnson, Caleb Hamula, Logan Hamula, Mackenzie Lycar, Ryder McKibbin and Tenley McKibbin; one sister Joyce Isted and her husband Herb of Calgary; many nieces and nephews.
Garry never liked being the center of attention and per his wishes there will be no funeral or memorial service.
