McFarlane John
May 22, 1932-December 13, 2022
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Dad came to Canada in 1956 to work for Elmhurst Dairy, later known as Sealtest.
Cherished and much loved husband of Catherine (nee MacKenzie) for 66 years. Beloved father of Donna (Fred) and adored Papa of Missy.
Predeceased by eldest daughter Joanne (Tom) in 1983, with whom he is now reunited.
John spent his final hours surrounded by the ones he loved most, his treasured family and close friends Gail and Robbie.
He passed away peacefully with Donna by his side. Dad will forever be remembered for his sense of humour, love of cookies, tea, ice cream and the opportunity for a good blether.
As per John’s request, there will be no service.
