LEONARD / MADDESS, May (Groves)
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28th, 2022, in her 94th year.
She is survived by her daughter Connie Tanner, grandson Jeff and daughter-in-law Linda, great-granddaughter Jade (Jake) and KodyLynn. Granddaughter Christine, great-granddaughter Brianna and great-grandsons Brayden and Zachary, sister Ruth Seehaver and best friends Elaine Frey and Maureen Hill.
Predeceased by her first husband Lloyd Maddess (1970), second husband Bruce Leonard (1994), son-in-law George Tanner (2017), plus several sisters and brothers.
A memorial service will be held at the Milverton Royal Canadian Legion, 24 Temperance Street, Milverton, Ontario at 11:45 a.m. with memorial visitation beginning at 11:00. Pastor Sonja Van De Hoef to officiate. Lunch and fellowship to follow. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Rheumatoid Arthritis or the Stratford Perth Humane Society would be appreciated by the family and can be completed on the funeral home website.
