Obituary
It is with much sadness that we announce on behalf of the family the death of Mavis Elsie (Merrill) Gallagher at the Carleton Manor on Monday May 9, 2022 at the age of 91.
Mavis was born on October 19, 1930 to the late Arthur and Mabel (Donnelly) Merrill in Greenhill NB.
Mavis is survived by her children, Ola Wright (Richard), Judy MacKinnon, Beverly Gullison (Orie), Everett Gullison, her Grandchildren Misty Kelly (Greg), Jennifer Tingley (Trevor), Regena Player (Mark), Stephen Wright (Janet), Lisa Smith(Jeremy), Justin Gullison (Angie), Great Grandchildren Zackary Kelly, Madison Tingley, Hanna Player, Clay Wright, Oliver Smith, Andie Smith, Allie Gullison, Great Great Grandchild Bille-Mae Reynolds,Also Sisters Greta Thomas, Lottie Munn and Shirley Faulkenham, along with several Nieces, Nephews.
Besides her parents Mavis was predeceased by her Husband Thurston (Randy) Gallagher, Sister Alice Carson and Brothers Russell and Ernest Merrill.
By request, there will not be any public visitation or funeral service at this time, Interment will take place at a later date at the Cross Creek Baptist Cemetery in Greenhill NB.
If so desired, donations can be made to the Nashwaak Valley Pentecostal Church or to the Carleton Manor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville NB
