Obituary of Mary Lee Dowling
Mary Lee (Irwin) Dowling (August 11, 1943 – January 23, 2022) passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital, NB. Mary is survived by her 3 sons, John Dowling (Gwen), Bill Dowling (Martha), and Danny Dowling (Sandra); sisters Dot Conrod (Dan), and Gail Ehrenreich; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.Mary will be missed greatly by special friends Stella & Mike, and Curtis as well as many others.Mary was a dedicated employee of Canada Post; she retired as the Post Master at Blacks Harbour Post Office. Mary was very active in the community over the years serving on Town Council, President of Minor Hockey, Group Committee for Scouts, Low Income Housing Board to name a few.

As per Mary’s wish there is to be no funeral service, and cremation has taken place, with care entrusted to Humphreys’ Funeral home (20 Marks Street St. Stephen NB 466-3110). If you so desire, any donations can be made to All Saints Anglican Church of St Andrews or a charity of the donors choice.
