It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Mary “Jo-Ann” O’Neill on Saturday, November 5, 2022, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish.
Jo-Ann was survived by her loving husband, Simon Fraser Dixon; beloved daughters, Nadine Leigh-Anne Deacon (O’Neill) and Tamara Lynn Bennett; granddaughter, Blake Evangeline Deacon; sister, Gloria “Michelle” Hart and her dog, Kaipo.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph Fabian O’Neill and Catherine Evangeline “Vangie” O’Neill.
Jo-Ann loved her knitting and crocheting and will always be remembered for the beautiful things she made. She was also Amazon’s #1 customer.
No services will take place, as Jo-Ann has requested, but we do appreciate your love and support during this time.
