Obituary of Mary Jane Breault
Passed away suddenly at the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at age 74. Loving mother to Melissa (Remi), Demond (Lynette); adoring grandmother to Yasmine (Dustin), Logan, Josh (Shelby), Holden, and Avery. Daughter of the late Oscar and Rosemary. Sister to Frank (Ilene), Tim (Brenda), Beth (John), Bill (Robin), Michael (Benita), Patrick (Ann), and the late Suzanne and Douglas; sister-in-law to Leonora Breault and Mike Korcok. Cherished aunt to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Will be greatly missed by “Spike”. Devoted friend to many. MJ graduated from the Social Service Worker program at Loyalist College in 1980 and then returned to teach that program for 20 years, before continuing to serve the students and staff as the Residential Coordinator for 9 years, retiring after 29 wonderful years in 2008. MJ loved her family and friends with all of her heart and then some. Per her wishes, cremation will take place. Donations in her memory can be made to any local Humane Society. Friends and family are welcome to join in celebrating her life this Saturday, February 19, 2022, (12 noon – 6 p.m.), at the Foster Ward Community Centre, 75 St. Paul Street in Belleville, ON.
