In Loving Memory
Mrs. Mary Haupert, formerly of Delcrest Avenue , Delhi , passed away at the Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Friday, April 22, 2022 in her 96th year. Mary came to Canada as an Immigrant refugee in the early 1950’s. She had a long and productive life both loving and serving others cheerfully including being a Member of the Delhi District German Home and their Ladies Society and Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Catholic Women’s League. Mary’s many talents included cooking, baking and canning as well as making crafts, sewing and crocheting. She also loved her garden and her flowers. Former Mary Becker. Beloved wife of the Late John Haupert (1985). Loving mother of John (Dianne) and Rudi (Linda) Haupert. Cherished grandmother of Josh (Kiara), Kelly (James), Kyle (Katlyn), Lorna and Jamie, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Remembered by her many nieces & nephews, both near and far. Predeceased by her parents: Valentin & Kati (Peaff) Becker, by her grandson Robert Haupert (1991) and by her three brothers and four sisters. The family would like to thank the Staff and Medical Team at the Norview Lodge for their nurturing care of our Mother. As per Mary’s wishes, a Private Family Funeral Service will be held with Interment in Delhi Cemetery .
