Mary Magdalene Province Emory – age 90 passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022. Mary was from the Strawberry Plains, TN community and a member of Holston Memorial Baptist Church. Mary was a loving mother and raised many children.
Preceded by parents, Robert and Mary Louise Province; husband, Richard Emory; and several brothers.
Survived by sons, Donald D. (Becky) Emory and Earl (Phyllis) Emory; daughter, Patricia Emory; brothers, Robert Ray Province, Roy Province, and David Province; sister, Wanda Forrester; grandchildren, Avery and Amanda Emory.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2022, at Bridges Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Ronnie Beeler officiating. The family will meet 10:45 AM on Saturday at Eastview Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 AM interment. Arrangements by Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999. www.bridgesfuneralhome.com
