Brown, Mary May (nee Townsend)
Peacefully on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late James Brown (2018). Dear mother of the late Rob Brown (2022) and Bonnie Brown (Alan). Cherished grandmother of Justin, Sydney (Chris), Adrianna, Kaitlyn, Nicholas. Sadly missed by her sister Joyce Ratkowsky. Loving sister-in-law of Winnifred Holtom, Gerrie Hildabrant (Eric), Loretta Parliament (Stew – 2020), Darlene Moody (Frank), Lawrence Brown, Glen Brown – deceased (Lauretta), Ted Brown (Patti) – deceased. Mary will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Memorial service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre 21 First St. Orangeville on February 17th, 2022 at 2:30 pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 pm. (RSVP IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS SERVICE)
A tree will be planted in memory of Mary in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
