Mary passed away peacefully at the L&A Hospital after a short battle with cancer, on April 10, 2022. Beloved wife of the late James F. Parks. Mary will be missed by her children Kathryne (Ronald) Clancy of Napanee and Robert (Gayle) Parks of Belleville. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Michelle (Mike) Gibson of Napanee, Scott (Tracey) Clancy of Napanee, Michael Parks of Toronto and Starr (Rob) Stevens of Frankford along with her nine great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Russell and Janet Long (nee Weese) and her brothers and sisters-in-law Kenneth (Olga) Long, Brydon (Grace) Long, and Ross (Madge) Long.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee. A memorial service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at Wartman Funeral Home – Napanee on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 11:00 am, reception to follow. Burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Napanee. In lieu of flowers those desiring may contribute to the Lung Association or UHKF Cancer Centre in memory of Mary. The family desires that all guests wear a mask to the visitation and service.
