Marvin Brown
It is with great sadness the family of Marvin Brown announce his passing October 28, 2022 at the age of 71 years at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach. Marvin will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mildred, daughters Christina (Stuart), Kathleen (Jonathon); grandchildren Mackenzie, Keaghan, Abbygale, Elleah and Kai. Marvin also leaves behind brothers Garry (Doreen) and Jack (Cherryl), sisters Lynda (Robert), Frances (Ed), Darlene (Dwight), Brenda (Leonard), Louise (Ken), Debbie (Jim), Cindy (Joe) and sister-in-law Gloria as well as many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Marvin was predeceased by his parents Henry and Rose and brothers Jim and Harvey.
Marvin retired in 2006 from CN as an overhead crane operator after 30 years of service. Marvin enjoyed curling, golfing, travelling, and spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends. Marvin will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and good friend.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Bethesda Hospital for the kindness and care they gave Marvin.
A celebration of Marvin’s life will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 1:30 PM at the Anola Community Club.
