It is with great sadness that the family of the late Martha Gidge, age 87 years, of Hillgrade, NL announce her passing at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, NL on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
She is predeceased by her parents Frederick & Gwendoyln, husband Sandy, siblings Otto Rogers, Gilbert Rogers, daughters Gwendoyln & baby Gidge.
Left with fond and loving memories are sons Junior (Adele), Tony (Sheila), grandchildren Matthew (Laura), Andrew (Samantha), Janet (David), Mackenzie (Renée), Kaitlyn (Tyler), great-grandchildren Mary, Isaac, Evelyn, Fox, Lily, Zoe, Rory, Declan, Emelyn, Fionn, siblings Aubrey (Rose), son-in-law Dennis, sisters-in-law Susie Rogers & Geraldine Rogers.
Resting at New World Island Funeral home with public visitation on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place from the New World Island East Central United Church, Newville, NL on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 11 a.m.
