Mark D. Tims, KC ( originally QC) 1953-2022
With the greatest regret, we record the peaceful passing of Mark D. Tims, KC on October 6, 2022, after a valiant battle with cancer. Mark is a person who loved the law, and who lived a purposeful and fulfilling life. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Phyllis Tims, his entire family and his many friends. A full obituary and further information regarding a Celebration of Life will follow.
