We are saddened to announce the passing of Marjorie Ellen Wolstenholme on September 7, 2022. Marj was born to Howard and Gladys Clark on March 18, 1937 in Carman, Manitoba. Marj met her future husband Bob in Whitehorse, Yukon while both were serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force. They were married in 1957 in Lac la Biche, Alberta. To this union three children were born. They made their home in Stettler in 1978 and Marj retired from the ATB there in 1984. The pair have been enjoying life in Medicine Hat for the past 30 years with yearly anticipated visits to Mesquite, NV. Marj leaves to mourn her loss her husband of 65 years, Bob; children, Joanne (Collen) Bootsman, Blake Wolstenholme, and Dyan (Terry) Nims; six grandchildren, Karen (Phil) Zaugg, Matt (Melissa) Bootsman, Amberly (Daniel) Allers, Brandon Nims, Kyle (Kendra) Nims, Katie (Mark) Nims; 13 great grandchildren; one brother, Fred Clark and many other relatives and dear friends. There will be a Come and Go Tea on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 2-5 pm at 24 East Glen Crt. SE, Medicine Hat, AB. In lieu of flowers, a donation to an animal rescue organization in Marj’s name would be appreciated. Condolences may be sent to condolences@saamis.com subject heading Marj Wolstenholme.
