Obituary
Marion Roberta Appleby
February 23, 1944 – June 21, 2022
Appleby, Marion entered into rest peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital on Tuesday,
June 21, 2022 in her 79th year with her family by her side. Marion is survived by
Norman, her loving husband of almost 46 years, and their children Tara (Richard) and
Brad (Janine). Loving Nana to Blake, Sunny, Braeden, Sloane, Norah and Dallas.
Growing up in Springhill, Nova Scotia, Marion persevered through many community
hardships to live a life filled with love and joy in Woodville. A proud mother and
grandmother, Marion devoted much of her life to ensuring the love, happiness, health
and safety of her children and grandchildren. Marion will be missed and fondly
remembered by her many nieces, cousins and friends. Marion has joined her parents,
Charles and Ellen Roberts, and her beloved Shih Tzu, Marty, in heaven.
A graveside service will be held at Smith’s Cemetery in Woodville on Monday July 4,
2022 at 11 am.

Memorial Hospital, Hendry Regional Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, and
the Broward Health Medical Center.
