We, the family, regretfully announce the passing of Mario Dugas, 64, from Dieppe New-Brunswick, who was granted his angel wings on April 5th 2022. Mario had a brief battle with cancer and is finally at rest.
Mario lived a full and warm life, filled with joy and happiness. Mario was a strong, kind, loving, and supportive husband, father and grandfather. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of his family. He was a father figure to many, a best friend to most and beloved by all. He will be sorely missed, forever loved and forever remembered.
He is survived by his wife Eva Dugas, his two children; Rachel Young (Kevin), André Dugas (Nathalie), four grandchildren; Skyler, Mélodie, Marisol, Phoebe, his biological Mother Gisèle Hogan as well as his sister and brothers: Nathalie Duguay (Jean-Yves), Gaston Duguay, Gérald Duguay and many loving family members and friends.
Mario was predeceased by his parents: Alban Dugas and Thérèse Boudreau, and his biological father, Ubald Duguay.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), St. George St. on Monday April 11th, 2022 from 2 p.m. until time of funeral at 4 p.m. from Sacred Heart Cathedral.
