Marie Julianna Patricia Myra
76 of Timberlea, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax with her loving family by her side. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Cornelius (Nick) and Venita (King) Power. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Marie loved bingo, cross-stitching, quilting, diamond dots and spending time with her family. Her grandkids were her pride and joy.
Survived by her husband of over 53 years Gary; son, Gary E. (Tanya); grandchildren, Emma, and Tyler; brothers, Allan (Cathy); Ivan (Ada); William (Sylvia); sister, Eileen (Dave); brother-in-law Bruce, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, Paul, sisters, Judy, Cathy, and Patsy.
A celebration of life will be held 12p.m. – 2 p.m. Sunday, September 18th in the Lakeside Fire Hall, 26 Myra Road, Timberlea.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Arthritis Society.
