PERETIN, Marica “Mary” (nee Zvonaric)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Marica, a loving Mother and Majka, on December 1, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Stjepan “Steve” Peretin (2014). Loving and devoted mother to Zeljko Peretin and wife Julie of Belle River, and Jasna “Jasnica” Peretin of Windsor. Cherished Majka to Brittany, Stephanie and Justin Peretin. Dear sister to Tony Zvonaric and wife Katica of Toronto. Predeceased by sister Ljubica Luksic and husband Branko, and Janko Zvonaric and surviving wife Jana of Croatia. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Croatia. Marica retired from Fabco with over 20 years of dedicated service. She was a faithful member of St.Francis of Assisi Croatian Church. Visitation at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519) 253-7234 on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Parish prayers Monday at 4:30pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 9:30am from the funeral home then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy and to honour Marica, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church Building Fund or to Windsor Es County Cancer Centre Foundation.
