Nee Mastroianni
Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 15th, 2022 at the age of 75. Reunited with her beloved husband Angelo Sperduti (2005). Loving mother to Rita (Zlatko) Rozankovic, Laura (Jeff) Jurakosky and Sonia (Heath) Meloche. Cherished Nonna to Stephanie, Brian, Katrina (Nathan), Jason, Ethan, Adam, Nathan, Jai-lynn and Christian. Daughter to the late Loretta (Nee Lupo, 2014) and the late Antonio Mastroianni (1985). Sister to the late Luigi Mastroianni (2019) (Loduvica), Tullio Mastroianni (Rosetta) and Anna Rea (Silvio). She will as well be missed by many extended family and friends.
Maria had a passion for gardening, sewing and she loved to cook just as much as everyone enjoyed eating what she prepared. The most important part of her life was her family, and the memories shared with them will forever be remembered. She will be deeply missed.
A special thank you to Loreta Mastroianni for being by her side and visiting her weekly for a chat and coffee which mom really looked forward to. As well, special thanks to the doctor’s and nurses at Windsor Regional Hospital- Metropolitan and Ouellette Campus, as well as Hotel- Dieu Grace Healthcare.
Visitation to take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E, 519-253-7234 on Monday June 20th from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service to take place in the chapel on Tuesday June 21st at 11am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest. In memory of Maria donations are appreciated to the Downtown Mission of Windsor .
