In Loving Memory of
Maria Desbiens
August 26, 1956 – October 13, 2022
It is with great sorrow that her family announces the passing of Maria on Thursday October 13, 2022 at the Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing at the age of 66. She will be dearly missed by her husband Marc Groulx, her son Eric Côté (Heather) and her mother Denise (née Larabie) Desbiens.
Cherished grandmother of Natasha, Noah, Brian, Gabby, Alex, Katie and Nicky.
Maria was the sister of Sue (Jacques), Serge, René (Stacey) and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by her father Willie Desbiens and her sister Monique.
As per Maria’s wishes, there will be no visitations or funeral.
Memorial donations may be made to Sick Kids Hospital Foundation and would be greatly appreciated.
