DeCARIA, Maria –
(October 2, 1927 – May 27, 2022)
Passed away peacefully in her 95th year, at the St. Joseph’s Health Centre, surrounded lovingly by her family. Her life was totally devoted to her family. Maria (nee Galati) will be forever missed by her loving late husband Giuseppe, her children Sam and his wife Fannie, Tony and his wife Jennifer, Nancy, Vito, and Rosemary and her husband Hugo, her grandchildren Joseph, the late Jacob, Jennifer, Juliana, Alexandria, Marc-Anthony, Silvia, Giulio, Antonio, Isabella, Rowan and Hunter, her great grandchildren Mason, Emmett, Jaxson, Romeo, Chloe, Luke, Gavin, Jack, Brody, Mia, Charlotte and Baby Annie, her late brothers, late sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends and neighbours. A special thanks to Rita Fenis her caregiver.
Relatives and friends will be received at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue (north of Rexdale Boulevard), Toronto, 416-745-7555, from Sunday 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, 45 Ludstone Drive, Toronto, on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 1pm. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
