God called Maria peacefully on April 16th, 2022, at the age of 75. She will be reunited in heaven with her parents Rosaria Fronterré, and Carmelo Fronterré as well as her brother and sister Antonio Fronterré, and Rita Sherdian. Maria will forever be missed by her loving children Angela and Jerry. Proud Nonna to Matthew Rooney, Vanessa Rooney, Christopher Rooney, and Francesco Chiaramida. She will always be remembered by her brother and sisters Lisa (Joe), Dorothy, Rosangela, and Gaetano (Angela). She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Maria may be made to Breast Cancer Foundation Canada and The Heart and Stroke Foundation.

I am very saddened to hear about Maria’s passing .. it has been heartbreaking to see that she was abandoned at the long term care home .. never a family member by her side .. begging who ever passed her room to call her daughter .
Not even a television in her room .. staring at a wall day in and day out . Shameful May she Rest In Peace.
