Passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, May 2nd, 2022, at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of George Pettem and cherished mother of Dianne Monteith (Dan) and Roxanne Gagnon-McKinney (Paul). Dear grandmother of Lane Monteith, Grant Monteith (Tricia) and Christopher Ricard (Julie); and great grandmother to Logan and Liam Ricard and Brady and Mason Monteith. Also leaves behind cousins in Bourget and area. As well as many friends near and far, some lasting over 60 years. Predeceased by an infant daughter Anne-Marie and by her parents Malvina Reynolds and Griffin Moyle.
Family and friends may pay their respects at the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Monday, May 9th, 2022 from 1-3 pm. A service in celebration of Marg’s life will be held in the chapel at 3 pm followed by a reception. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 96 will gather for a Memorial Tribute Monday at 12:30 pm.
