Born in The Netherlands on June 12, 1933 Margienes “Marc” Buist was called home to the Lord on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Michael Garron Hospital, Toronto. Father to Gerlinda (Steve) Beintema, Debbie (Alan) Bethlehem, Ruth (Tony) Linde, Jeff (Deanna) Buist, Bill (Kate) Buist, Esther (Gord) Van Egmond and David (Marlaine) Buist. Grandpa to 27 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Brother to Jan (†Corrie) Buist, †Wiebe (Agatha) Buist, †Barelsina Buist, †Gus (Bini) Buist, Ina (John) Hulleman and Henk (Janny) Buist.
A Memorial Service will be held at EBENEZER CANADIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 607 Dynes Rd., Burlington on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 11 a.m. Please RSVP to attend through the following ‘Sign-up’ tab or by calling 905-689-4852
A livestream of the service will also be available, under the service details below, if you cannot attend.
Private family interment will be held prior to the service at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
