Margie West passed away peacefully, on December 28, 2022, at the age of 97 years.
Margie is survived by her loving family, children Ron (Marge), Don (Sue), Dianne Murphy (Gary) and Andy; grandchildren, Crystal, Cheryl, Scott, Sean, Kevin, Michelle, and Atlanta; sixteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Johnson; brother, Allister Huolt as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Margie was predeceased by her husband, George; son, Dale; parents, Walter and Rena Huolt and brothers, Lloyd Huolt and Johnny Graff.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Baker Funeral Chapel, Wetaskiwin. The service will be livestreamed.
In Margie’s memory, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Church (5102 50 Avenue Wetaskiwin, Alberta T9A 0S7), or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
